We’ve been loyal customers for many years. Chris and his team have always gone “above and beyond!”. They diagnose and fix mechanical problems that dealership service centers have missed in our vehicles. We have complete trust in their service, and drive 40 miles round trip to patronize them.

My family was visiting Indianapolis from Chattanooga, TN for the Junior Gold Bowling Championship. The day after we arrived we started having car troubles, my car(2016 Ford Explorer) began overheating. Called a couple ford dealerships with no luck with availability but one I spoke with recommended this place. I called. At first I spoke with Chris and told him the situation and he told me to bring it in so I had it towed. By the end of the day they had me diagnosed. Ms. Alison( I hope I got her name right, we talked about it LOL) worked continuously with my extended warranty company to get everything taken care of and reiterated to them that I was in a time crunch to help them “get a move on”. She was absolutely the sweetest thing! She was so knowledgeable of anything pertaining to cars and you couldn’t help but feel the projected confidence that she had in her coworkers. I can’t help but think that because of my time frame, they bumped me in front customers, which I feel both grateful and bad for. They had me back on the road with 2 days to spare. I had even had an issue after I picked it up and they were very responsive to get me back in first thing the next morning to address it without a complaint.I am eternally grateful that even though it was nerve wracking having to deal with something like this when you’re 400 miles from home, that they made it as smooth and as pleasant as it could possibly be. Their kindness and urgency in helping me will never be forgotten. If I lived there, I can say that without a doubt, that they would be my go to mechanic shop.Needless to say, we made it back to Tennessee in one piece thanks to them!

Very happy with the recent work they did. Professional, thorough, very fairly priced. They took care of a control arm and alignment for us. Major job, yet they turned it around within a day. If you need any suspension, alignment or general maintenance done, call these guys first.

I was on a trip and passing through Westfield, when my car started making a knocking noise. They got me in right away and had it fixed within a half hour. Very friendly and efficient service!
